Skill

skill-advisor

Recommends relevant skills for a task — never auto-invokes.

When a session starts and multiple skills might apply, it’s easy for an agent to pick the wrong one — or to miss that a skill exists at all. skill-advisor sits one level above: it analyzes the current task, surveys the available skills, and surfaces 3–4 recommendations with a short rationale for each.

The discipline: never auto-invoke. It recommends; you decide. Confirmation (“yes, use X”) is the gate. If no skills fit, it says so rather than forcing a match.

Useful on large skill libraries where the right tool for the job isn’t obvious, or on the first turn of a session where the agent doesn’t yet know your preferences.
